Wait a mind-numbing 24 or 48 hours for a reply to a query?? Our humans try to reply to all emails as soon as they receive them (within our office hours that is…10am to 6pm, Mon-Fri).

* unsavoury types and unpleasant language
* people who have mistakenly put personal details in a profile
